Wondering how to get promoted? This section explains the path to promotions — what we look for, how evaluations are made, and what each new rank unlocks. Hard work and consistency are noticed here. 

The timeframes reflect minimum active periods assuming strong performance and positive behavior. 

🛡️ Moderation Track:

• Helper → Mod: Demonstrate basic command knowledge, activity, and a positive attitude. (2–3 weeks of active trial)

• Mod → Sr. Mod: Show leadership, consistency, and ability to handle complex situations. (1–2 months)

• Sr. Mod → Admin: Trusted with sensitive information and decision-making; often leads initiatives. (2–3 months)

• Admin → Sr. Admin: Oversees entire teams, manages staff concerns, and supports operations. (3–4 months)

• Sr. Admin → Jr. Manager: Begins handling cross-departmental tasks, staff evaluations, and planning. (4–6 months)

• Jr. Manager → Manager: Full leadership role — trusted with strategic direction and team management. (6+ months)

🖥️ Development Track:

• Developer → Head Developer: Exceptional skill, leadership in dev projects, ability to mentor, and manage codebase. 2–4 months (or based on project delivery cycles) 

To be promoted:

• Stay active and reliable.

• Communicate clearly and professionally.

• Support other staff and follow the chain of command.

• Complete tasks and contribute ideas.

Promotions are not guaranteed by time served, but by consistent performance, initiative, and teamwork.
