General Staff Rules

1.1: You must be an active and engaged member in the server
1.2: Always remain mature and professional
1.3: Keep your DMs open to server members
1.4: Respond to pings or messages from fellow staff and admins in a timely manner
1.5: Do not ask for staff promotions or rank increases
1.6: All staff discussions and information are confidential
1.7: Moderate the server fairly and without bias
1.8: Use clear and professional reasons for any punishments issued
1.9: Do not use moderation commands in public chats unless necessary
1.10: Remove or report users under the age of 13
1.11: Avoid arguing with users about your moderation actions—stay calm and firm
1.12: Keep personal drama and disputes out of the staff team
1.13: Do not abuse or overreach your permissions
1.14: All general server rules still apply to staff
1.15: Use common sense in all situations
1.16: Be open to constructive feedback and improvement
1.17: Do not ignore reports or moderation issues that require action

1.18: Do not use slurs or words that verbally harass others based on disability, race, gender, or ethnicity. - (HR+ Are The Only People Who Can Enforce This Rule)

1.19: Do not think because someone is young (minimum 13), that they are not mature enough for the job. View them before judging.

1.20: Do not ask the owner(s) for things because another staff member said no.

Text and Voice Chat Staff Rules

2.1: Use discretion and professionalism in public channels

2.2: Engage with the community in a positive, respectful way

2.3: Do not provoke, bait, or troll members

2.4: Avoid public arguments over moderation; resolve issues privately or escalate if needed

2.5: Don’t take your rank too seriously—staff should be helpful, not authoritarian

2.6: Keep personal conflicts with other staff out of public channels

2.7: Actively monitor voice channels when you're present

2.8: Racial slurs or hate speech are never allowed—zero tolerance

2.9: Use staff-only channels to coordinate and avoid public confusion

2.10: Do not mute, kick, or ban out of anger or personal dislike

2.11: Do not ignore behavior that violates server rules just because it's a friend
